Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– Eight companies have announced their different information relating to dividend and date of annual general meeting from December 9-13 this year.
ENVOYTEX: The Board of Directors has recommended cash dividend 15% (i.e. BDT 1.50 per share of BDT 10.00 each) and stock dividend 5% for the year ended on September 30, 2012.
Date of AGM: 31.12.2012, Time: 10:00 AM, Venue: Factory Premises of the Company at Jamirdia, Valuka, Mymensingh. Record date: 13.12.2012. The Company has also reported Net Profit after tax of BDT 424.26 million, EPS of BDT 4.24, NAV per share (outstanding shares) of BDT 39.26 and NOCFPS of BDT 7.30 for the year ended on September 30, 2012.
GENNEXT: The Board of Directors has recommended stock dividend 20% for the year ended on December 31, 2011. Date of AGM: 31.12.2012, Time: 11:30 AM, Venue: Factory Premises of the Company at Dhonaid, Earpur, Savar, Dhaka. Record date: 17.12.2012. The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 2.09, NAV per share of BDT 22.64 and NOCFPS of BDT 1.00 for the year ended on December 31, 2011.
LRGLOBMF1: The Trustee of the Fund has requested the concerned unit holders to collect their cash dividend warrant for the year ended on September 30 from December 09 to December 24 between 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM from Investor’s Relation Office of LR Global Bangladesh Asset Management Company Limited at 1, R.K. Mission Road, 5th Floor (old Ittefaq Bhaban), Dhaka-1203.
DBH: The Company has informed that the cash dividend for the year ended June 30, 2012 has been remitted to the Banks for onward crediting to the Shareholders’ respective bank accounts directly through Bangladesh Electronic Fund Transfer Network (BEFTN) on November 29
Besides, to the extent of NRB Shareholders and the Shareholders whose Bank details are incomplete, their dividend will only be paid through issuance of dividend warrant (about 400 only out of 3991) along with the sale proceeds of the fraction shares from 10.12.2012 to 12.12.2012 from the Head Office of the Company situated at Landmark Building (9th fl.), 12-14 Gulshan North C/A, Gulshan-2, Dhaka.
SONALIANSH: The Board of Directors has recommended cash dividend 10% for the year ended on June 30, 2012. Date of AGM: 27.12.2012, Time: 11:30 AM, Venue: Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh (Multipurpose Hall), 160/A, Kakrail, Dhaka-1000. Record date: 20.12.2012. The Company has also reported Net Profit of BDT 13.81 million, EPS of BDT 5.09, NAV per share of BDT 224.00 and NOCFPS of BDT 1.63 for the year ended on June 30, 2012 as against BDT 15.02 million, BDT 5.54, BDT 221.00 and BDT (14.50) respectively for the year ended on June 30, 2011.
BDCOM: The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the 16th AGM of the Company will now be held on 29.12.2012 at 11:30 AM at Sughondha Community Centre, Road 5/A, Plot 75/A, Dhanmondi, Dhaka instead of 13.12.2012. Other information of the AGM as announced earlier.
GPHISPAT: The Company has informed that the cash dividend for the year ended on April 30, 2012 has been disbursed in the respective shareholders’ Bank Accounts through Bangladesh Electronic Fund Transfer Network (BEFTN) system.
ISLAMICFIN: The Company has informed that it has credited the rights shares to the respective shareholders’ BO Accounts on December 13 last.
