Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – Crude oil declined for the third day, falling below the USD 70 mark as gains in the Dollar saw commodities decline across the board. Crude for July delivery fell as low as USD 69.90 a barrel.

Metals continued to decline as a stronger Dollar eroded appeal for alternative stores of value.

Gold for August delivery fell to a three week low of USD 927.50 an ounce. Copper, pushed lower by contractions in US manufacturing, fell to USD 5,006 a ton, according to reports.
