CSE closes higher Wednesday

Chittagong, Bangladesh (BBN)- Trading at Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) closed higher on Wednesday)with the gainers dominating the losers.

The CSE All Share Price Index (CASPI) rose by 0.03 percent to close at 8396.66 points. The CSE-30 Index also increased by 0.02 percent to close at 6475.34 points.

A total of 149 issues were traded on the day. Of them, 86 gained, 60 declined and only three remained unchanged.

Some 4,742,430 shares and debentures worth BDT 398.80 million change hands on the same day.
