CSE closes lower Sunday

Chittagong, Bangladesh (BBN) – Trading at Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) closed lower on Sunday although the gainers dominated the losers.

The CSE All Share Price Index (CASPI) declined by 0.04 percent to close at 10559.24 points. The CSE-30 Index also shed 0.55 percent to close at 8034.48 points.

A total of 175 issues were traded on the day. Of them, 100 gained, 74 declined and one remained unchanged.

Some 4,798,629 shares and debentures worth BDT 543.40 million changed hands on the same day.
