CSE closes lower Sunday

Chittagong, Bangladesh (BBN)- Trading at Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) closed lower on Sunday with the losers strongly dominating the gainers.

The CSE All Share Price Index (CASPI) decreased by 2.76 percent to close at 10348.74 points. The CSE-30 Index also shed 3.25 percent to close at 8248.39 points.

A total of 154 issues were traded on the day. Of them, 20 gained and 134 declined.

 Some 9,887,097 shares and debentures worth BDT 1.37 billion changed hands on the same day.
