CSE closes lower Wednesday

Chittagong, Bangladesh (BBN)- Trading at Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) closed lower on Wednesday with the losers dominating the gainers.

The CSE All Share Price Index (CASPI) decreased by 0.43 percent to close at 10234.07 points. The CSE-30 Index also shed 0.82 percent to close at 8037.64 points.

A total of 150 issues were traded on the day. Of them, 67 gained and 83 declined.

Some 4,557,977 shares and debentures worth BDT 909.10 million changed hands on the same day.
