Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The BNP-led 18-party alliance enforces a dawn-to-dusk nationwide general strike, generally known as hartal on Tuesday protesting killings and attacks on opposition activists during their Sunday’s road blockade.
The opposition alliance will also stage protest rallies across the country on Monday, BNP acting secretary general Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir said while declaring the fresh agitation programs in the capital Dhaka Sunday evening.
