DBH announces 35 percent dividend for 2009-10

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– The 14th annual general meeting (AGM) of Delta Brac Housing Finance Corporation Limited (DBH) has approved 35 per cent dividend (25 per cent stock and 10 per cent cash dividends) for 2009-10.

The AGM was held in the city Wednesday with Chairman of the company Faruq A Choudhury in the chair.

According to the financial statements, the earning per share (EPS) of the company has increased to BDT 74 in the year 2009-10 registering is 34.5 percent increase than the previous year.

Among others, Directors Muhammad A (Rumee) Ali, Syed Mukarram Ali, Nasir A Choudhury, Kabir Hussain Choudhury, Nurul Huda, Muhammed Syedul Islam and Ishtiaq Mohiuddin and Managing Director QM Shariful Ala were present at the meeting.
