Delta Brac Housing declares 25pc dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The board of directors of Delta Brac Housing Finance Corporation Ltd has recommended 25 percent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30 this year, said an office disclosure on Thursday.
The AGM will be held on November 25 at Gulshan in the capital to approve the decision. Record date of the company is September 25.
The company has also reported EPS of BDT 5.15, NAV per share of BDT 23.92 and NOCFPS of BDT (3.82) for the year ended on June 30, 2014.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company today (Thursday) following its corporate declaration.
