Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-Brazilian denim fabric producer, Vicunha, will organise a two-day fair in Bangladesh to exhibit its ‘Denim and jeans’.
The fair, second of its kind, will begin from October 15.
Vicunha will mainly concentrate on 35 denim styles from 200 items in all, which also includes its main collection that presents a broad spectrum of products, said a press statement of the fabric producer.
With branches all over the globe and a 3-day delivery time, Vicunha says this makes it one of the leading global pioneers in service.
“Our wide range serves 4,500 customers worldwide, which makes Vicunha just not a manufacturer, but rather a commercial company that also produces,” the denim fabric manufacturer adds.
“We manufacture very large quantities under our own direction, which is what gives us extraordinary flexibility and enables delivery within three days,” says Thomas Dislich, director for Europe and Asia of the fabric manufacturer.

“Vicunha is able to market trends successfully and self-sufficiently – and make them available immediately,” he explained.
Vicunha says it also focuses on sustainable means of production and 90% of its total production is derived from Better Cotton Initiative (BCI) cotton.
The denim fabric maker informs that it follows the highest international standards in terms of environmental protection, social responsibility and recycling.
“Investment in both BCI cotton and recycling is ongoing, allowing us to reduce our monthly CO2 emissions by around 10,000 tons,” it added.
