Dhaka Bank recommends 16pc stock div

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Dhaka Bank limited has recommended 16 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Wednesday.

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on April 18, 2013 at 11am at the Bashundhara Convention Center-2, Block-C, Baridhara, Dhaka. Record date: 27.03.2013.

The Company has also reported consolidated EPS of BDT 1.69, consolidated NAV per share of BDT 20.97 and consolidated NOCFPS of BDT 1.17 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
