Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– Trading at the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) begins with a steep fall on Monday maintaining the previous week’s downtrend and plunged 228 points within 90 minutes of trading.
At about 12.30pm, benchmark index lost 228 points or 5.90 per cent and stands at 3,616.
Turnover value stood at BDT 806 million in value terms while only one issue gained and 243 lost in prices.
GP was the turnover chat with shares worth BDT 68.30 million changing hands during the period under review.
