Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The admission result for the ‘Ka’ unit, under science group, at the University of Dhaka (DU) was published on Friday with 21.50 per cent of the admission seekers passed the tests.
A total of 16,840 students passed the examination among the 78,293 admission seekers who applied for the available 1,640 seats of the group, Dhaka University Pro-Vice Chancellor Professor Nasreen Ahmad said.
The results can be viewed from the university website (www.admission.eis.du.ac.bd) or via short message service (SMS) on any mobile operator service.
For SMS notification of the result, a candidate will have to type “DU Ka roll number” and send it to 16321.
Those among the first 10,000 in the merit list will have to fill up the ‘choice form’ on the website and submit the document within November 14 to November 28.
The admission seekers who qualified under quota will have to collect their form from the concerned dean office and submit within September 20 to November 14.
Any candidate who wishes for a review of the result will have to file an application to the dean’s office of Biology department by September 30, officials said.
