Mumbai, India (BBN)-Actor Dhanush has announced his next project with none other than Karthik Subbaraj, who has films like Pizza and Jigarthanda under his belt.
"Glad to announce that I'm doing my new film with the very talented Karthick Subburaj. Shoot in September. God bless," the actor tweeted on Saturday night, reports The Hindu.
Subbaraj has just finished with Iraivi, starring Vijay Sethupathi, S.J. Surya and Bobby Simha among others.
Dhanush's last release was Thangamagan. He also has four other films currently in hand - Prabhu Solomon's Thodari, R. S. Durai Senthilkumar's Kodi, Gautham Menon's Ennai Nokki Paayum Thotta and Marjane Satrapi's The Fakir.
The Fakir is Dhanush's first Hollywood project and is currently in pre-production.
Shooting for Subbaraj's film commences in September.
