Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- DHL, the world’s leading express and logistics company, has recently signed an agreement with the country’s leading commercial bank – Southeast Bank Ltd, to provide air express solutions to the bank and its customers.
In this regard, an official corporate signing ceremony took place between DHL Express Bangladesh and Southeast Bank Ltd recently at the head office of Southeast Bank. The agreement was signed by Desmond Quiah, Country Manager-DHL Express Bangladesh, and Shahid Hossain, Managing Director, Southeast Bank Ltd on behalf of their respective organizations.
Under this deal, the Southeast Bank Ltd will use DHL Express’ services for sending its time-sensitive international documents. DHL’s service to the Southeast Bank features automated shipment preparation, pre-scheduled pick ups, new age shipment tracking mechanism and shipment processing at state-of-the-art operational facilities with connectivity to 220 countries across the world.
Desmond Quiah, DHL Express Country Manager, said “This agreement gives DHL a further opportunity to cater to the needs of the business enterprises in Bangladesh that are seeking partners like us to help them maintain their reputation for service excellence”.
