INGREDIENTS
1 tsp Channa Daal
1tsp Cashew nuts (small pieces)
250gm Curd
Salt to taste
2 Eno Packs
500gm Sooji/ Suji
METHOD:
Heat a Pan and put channa dal and Cashew nuts in it.
Saute them till they time the Cashew nuts starts becoming brown.
Now in a Pan add sooji/suji and channa dal and cashew nuts and salt to taste.
Now add curd and and water to make the mixture flow consistently and mix it well.
Now add 2 pack of Eno and keep it aside for 5min.
Now in a steamer add the batter in the mould and steam it for 10-15 min or microwave for at least 6:30 minutes.
Serve the idli’s with Chutni or sambhar, according to Warm Recipe.
