DSE curtails trading hour for Ramadan, trading remains close Tuesday

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-Share trading at Dhaka Stock Exchange and the Chittagong Stock Exchange will held only for three hours during the holy month of Ramadan beginning Monday.

The trading will continue till 1:30pm beginning from 10:30am.

Normally, the capital market sees a four-hour trading from 10:30am.

The DSE office however will remain open from 9:30am to 4:00pm during the month.

DSE trading and office will get back to normal trading hours after the month of Ramadan followed by Eid-ul-Fitr holiday.

Meanwhile, trading at DSE and CSE will remain closed tomorrow (Tuesday) due to Bank Holiday, said a DSE statement.
