DSE goes e-trading Sunday

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) enters electronic trading (e-trading) era on Sunday using new software MSA Plus to facilitate the traders.
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chairman M Khairul Hossain will formally inaugurate the software at a function at 9:30 am, a DSE official said on Saturday. 
The premier bourse president M Rakibur Rahman will preside over the function. The DSE leaders, including its chief executive officer Mosharraf M Hussain, will also attend it. 
The MSA Plus is trader-friendly software which will help the investors place ‘buy or sale orders’ of their shares through the internet from any part of the world, the bourse leaders said.
The investors from any part of the world can buy and sell shares from 
10:30 am to 2:30 pm (local time) through the system.
Currently, DSE is maintaining a safe network structure to facilitate its 218 member firms from 1,400 locations around the country through 3,700 terminals.
The automated trading system of the DSE was introduced in 1998 which was followed by various steps and modernization.
