Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- A nine-day holiday begins on Friday on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the country’s prime bourse, on account of Eid-ul-Fitr.

The DSE management revised the vacation period in a meeting on the day. With the latest revision, trading will resume September 27 on DSE.

The holiday has been prolonged as it remains sandwiched between four-day weekly holidays this week and next week.

Earlier DSE had announced a four-day holiday.
