DSE key index falls 9.45 points within first half an hour

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - Trading at the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) began on Tuesday amid fluctuation, after third straight session of gaining streak and the key index plummeted 9.45 points within first half an hour.
Within five minutes upon resumption of trade, the key index lost 28 points, next five minutes it gained 21 points. At about 11.30am, it lost 9.45 points and stands at 4,281.05.
Turnover value stood at BDT 410 million till filling the report at 11.30am.
 
Out of 200 issues traded, 71 advanced, 102 declined and 27 remained unchanged.
Grameenphone (GP) top the turnover chart with shares worth BDT 51.46 million changing hands.
On Monday, the DSE advanced more than 64 points or 1.20 percent.
