Eastern Bank recommends 20pc cash dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Eastern Bank Limited has recommended 20 per cent cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Wednesday.

The AGM will be held on 31 March at 10.30am at Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC), Agargaon, Dhaka. Record date: 10.03.2013.
The Company has also reported Consolidated EPS of BDT 3.91, consolidated NAV per share of BDT 28.22 and consolidated NOCFPS of BDT (3.73) for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

Following its corporate declaration, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
