Eastland Insurance recommends 30pc stock div

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors Eastland Insurance has recommended 30 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Tuesday.

The AGM will be held on March 28, 2013 at 11.30am at Samarai Convention Center, 23/G/7, Panthapath, Dhaka. Record Date: 13.03.2013.
The Company has also reported net profit after tax of BDT 153.39 million, EPS of BDT 4.06, NAV per share of BDT 23.29 and NOCFPS of BDT 4.87 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
