1 1/2 pounds lean Beef
2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Salt
1 Tablespoon Lemon Grass
1 Tablespoon Red Pepper
2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce
2 Tablespoons Black Pepper

This is The Bald Chef's recipe for Thai Heavenly Beef Jerky.
You will need to make this recipe the old fashion way or buy a Food Dehydrator.
Slice the 1 1/2 pounds lean Beef in 1/4" x 4" x 2" sections. Mix the 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar, 2 Tablespoons Salt, 1 Tablespoon Lemon Grass, 1 Tablespoon Thai Dried Red Pepper, 2 Tablespoons Fish Sauce, and 2 Tablespoons Black Pepper in a mixing bowl with the sliced Beef.
Mix the sliced Beef and Thai spice completely and place in the refrigerator for 6 hour or more so that the spice infuses into the meat.
Place the sliced Beef into a Food Dehydrator for 6 hours at 160 deg. F. Remove the Heavenly Beef Jerky and place in a pre heated oven for 1/2 hour.
This Beef Jerky should stay good for about 1 year.
