Lamb leg roast is not easy to cook you must have some cooking skill to make this recipe because the quantity to marinate the lamb decide the taste of the dish.
Calories in Lamb Roast …………. 73 in 1 oz (lean and fat)
INGREDIENTS:
Lamb Leg: 2-2 ½ kgs.
Salt: 2 tbsp
Red Chilies: 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice: 2 in numbers
Spices Mixture (Gram Masala): grinded 1 tbsp
Dry Coriander: grinded 1 tbsp
Papaya: 6-7 pieces
PREPARATION:
First you need to prick the lamb leg with the help of fork or with a knife.
Now apply salt red chilies, dry coriander, spices mixture, lemon and papaya on the lamb leg and put it in the refrigerator overnight so that lamb absorb the mixture.
After one night no you need to take a next step put the lamb leg in a big sauce-pan and add 2 cup of water in it.
Cover the pan and cook on low heat, until the water gets dried.
Take out the lamb leg and deep-fry it until it gets golden color or roast completely.
After that put it in the preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180C0.
Serve with French fries or boiled potatoes, carrots and peas.
