Eid-ul-Azha on December 9

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The holy Eid-ul-Azha will be celebrated on December 9 as Zilhaj moon was not sighted anywhere in the country on Friday.

The decision was taken at a meeting of the Moon Sighting Committee at the Islamic Foundation on Friday evening with acting Religious Affairs
Secretary M Mamunur Rashid Chowdhury in the chair.
