Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-Envoy Textiles will make its debut trading on Sunday on Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) under the ‘N’ Category, officials said.
 
By this time, the company has completed its public subscription and raised a fund worth BDT 900 million by offloading 30 million shares of BDT 10 each at an offer price of BDT 30.
 
The company has got a premium of BDT 20 for each share of BDT 10.
 
Envoy Textiles has raised fund with an aim to purchase machinery and utilize as working capital and bear the cost of IPO (initial public offering) proceedings, according to the IPO proposal.
 
The company’s basic earning per share (EPS) is BDT 4.42, the company’s audited financial statement for the year 2010-2011 said. And the company’s net asset value (NAV), without counting the reserve surplus, is BDT 19.90, whereas the value of NAV stands at BDT 37.62, including the reserve surplus.
