EUO eases against USD

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The Euro (EUR) eased against the US Dollar (USD) to trade at around 1.3630 after Greek Prime Minister George Papandreou warned that if the Greek crisis worsened it could lead to a new global financial meltdown.

Technology shares pushed up the Nasdaq Composite Index higher on Monday, on an otherwise flat day for US stocks. The Dow Jones Industrial Average shed 13.68 points to finish at 10,552.52. The Nasdaq Composite Index gained 5.86 points to close at 2,332.21.
