Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- EXIM Bank limited announced 14 percent stock dividend for 2011 for its shareholders at its 13th annual general meeting at Basundhara Convention Centre in the capital Dhaka recently.
Nazrul Islam Mazumder, chairman of the bank, presided over the meeting which also adopted the company’s balance sheet and profit and loss account for the year ended on December 31, 2011.
Fariduddin Ahmad, managing director, and Golam Mahbub, company secretary, were also present along with other directors of the company.
