Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): Trading of the shares of Familytex (BD) Ltd will commence at Dhaka Stock Exchange and Chittagong Stock Exchange from tomorrow (on Tuesday) under ‘N’ category, officials said.
DSE Trading Code for Familytex (BD) Ltd is “FAMILYTEX” and DSE Company Code # 17457 while CSE Scrip Code ‘FAMILYTEX’ and scrip ID 12045.
Familytex is the 30th listed company in textile sector in the premier bourse while it is the 25th listed firm in textile and clothing sector in the port city bourse.
The Familytex (BD), a Chittagong based cent per cent export oriented garments manufacturer, raised a fund worth Tk 340 million through the Initial Public Offering (IPO).
The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) approved the IPO prospectus of Familytex (BD) to go public on January 22, this year.
The IPO subscription of the company was held April 7 to April 11 for the resident Bangladeshis and till April 20 for non-resident Bangladeshis.
The company offloaded 34 million ordinary shares at an offer price of Tk 10 each without premium. The market lot is 500 shares.
