Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The board of directors of FAR Chemical Ltd has recommended 20 percent stock dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2014, said an office disclosure on Tuesday.
The AGM will be held on October 9, 2014 at 11:30am at the Bir Chandra Nagar Gono Pathagar and Nagar Milaynayatan (Town Hall) Kandirpar, Comilla. Record date: 11.09.2014.
The company has also reported EPS of BDT 3.45, NAV per share of BDT 17.91 and NOCFPS of BDT 2.08 for the year ended on June 30, 2014.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company today (Tuesday) following its corporate declaration.
