Fareast Islami Life Insurance recommends 40 percent stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– The board of directors of Fareast Islami Life Insurance Company Limited has recommended stock dividend at 40 percent for the year ended on December 31.

The Board has also decided to hold an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) to amend some clauses of the Articles of the Association of the company, a company announcement said on Sunday.

The annual general meeting (AGM) and EGM will be held at Pan Pacific Sonargaon Hotel in Dhaka on October 24 this year.

“Record date for EGM and AGM: 29.09.11,” the announcement added.
