Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The board of directors of Fareast Islami Life Insurance has recommended 40 percent cash dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2013, said an office disclosure on Thursday.
The final approval on the dividend will come during the annual general meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on November 3 at Topkhana Road in Dhaka.
Record date of the company share is October 16.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company on Thursday following its corporate declaration.
