Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Fareast Islami Life Insurance Company Limited (FILICL) has approved 45 percent stock dividend for its shareholders for the year 2009.
The approval was given at the 10th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company at a city hotel on Tuesday with its Chairman Nazrul Islam in the chair.
A large number of shareholders of the company attended the AGM.
