FAS Finance acquires 2.5pc stake of Farmers Bank

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of the FAS Finance and Investments Limited has confirmed the acquisition of 2.5 per cent share of paid-up capital amounting to BDT. 100 million of Farmers Bank Limited (Proposed) by FAS Finance & Investment Limited, subject to the approval of Bangladesh Bank, according to news posted on the Dhaka Stock Exchange website on Thursday.
