Federal insurance approves 10 percent stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The 21st annual general meeting (AGM) of Federal Insurance Company Limited (FICL) has approved 10 per cent stock dividend.

The AGM was held in the city recently, the company said. Chairman of the company Nurul Alam presided over the meeting. A good number of shareholders took part in the discussion session.
