Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The fire that breaks out at a branch of Citibank in Dhaka's commercial hub Motijheel of Bangladesh Friday morning is doused one hour after, officials said.
There were no casualties reported from the fire that broke out and was confined to the second floor of the ten storey building around 10:20am (local time), a official of the Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defence (FSCD) official told BBN in Dhaka.
Four units of firefighters were deployed to bring the fire under control, the official said, adding that they managed to bring the blaze under control around 11:20 am.
The reason of the fire could not be known immediately.
