Five vehicles torched in Bangladesh capital

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Miscreants set five vehicles ablaze in different parts of the capital Dhaka on the fifth day of the countrywide son-stop blockade enforced by the BNP-led 20-party alliance on Saturday.
 
Witnesses said a passenger suffered burn injuries as pickets set fire to a bus in the city’s Tejgaon area around 7:00 am (local time).
 
The injured was taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital burn unit.
 
Besides, blockaders set a bus of ‘Billal Paribahan’ afire at Shahbagh around 6:00 pm.
 
In Badda area, blockaders set fire to a human hauler (Leguna) around 7:15 pm.
 
Besides, two buses were set ablaze in Jatrabari and Sanir Akhra areas around 7:00pm, according to the Fire Brigade sources.
