Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- Four more listed companies — Saif Powertec Limited, Shurwid Industries, Golden Harvest Agro Industries and Beacon Pharmaceuticals declared dividend, officials said on Tuesday.
Saif Powertec: The board of directors of Saif Powertec Industries has recommended 27 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2014.
The annual general meeting (AGM) will be held on December 15 at 10:30am at the Factory Premises, Bashugaon, Pubail, Gazipur. Record Date: 10.11.2014.
The company has also reported EPS of BDT 2.54, NAV per share of BDT 26.84 and NOCFPS of BDT (6.55) for the year ended on June 30, 2014.
Shurwid Industries: The board of directors has recommended 15 per cent stock dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2014.
The board has also decided to increase the Authorized Capital of the Company from Tk 500 million to Tk 1.0 billion subject to the approval of the shareholders in EGM.
The EGM and AGM will be held on December 20 at 10am and 11am respectively at the Factory premises, Bi Mile, Konabari, Gazipur. Record date for EGM & AGM: 20.11.2014. The company has also reported net profit of BDT 51.52 million, EPS of BDT 1.64, NAV per share of BDT 20.22 and NOCFPS of BDT 0.89 for the year ended on June 30, 2014 as against BDT 34.22 million, BDT 1.09, BDT 14.11 and BDT 0.56 respectively for the year ended on June 30, 2013.
Golden Harvest Agro Industries: The board of directors has recommended 10% cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2014.
The board has also decided to hold an EGM to approve excess IPO expenses, extended time for IPO fund utilization, Investment of IPO fund in its subsidiary company and any other issues to be raised in the meeting. The EGM and AGM will be held on December 15 at 9am and 10am respectively at Factory Premises of the Company, Bokran, Monipur, Babanipur, Gazipur Sadar, Gazipur. Record date for EGM and AGM: 13.11.2014. The company has also reported EPS of BDT 1.19, NAV per share of BDT 23.05 and NOCFPS of BDT 2.45 for the year ended on June 30, 2014.
Beacon Pharma: The board of directors did not recommend any dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2014.
The AGM will be held on December 10 at 10am at the Factory Premises at Kathali, Bhaluka, Mymensingh. Record date: 16.11.2014.
The company has also reported EPS of BDT 0.10, NAV per share of BDT 12.41 and NOCFPS of BDT 0.30 for the year ended on June 30, 2014.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of these companies today (Tuesday) following its corporate declaration.
