Gemini Sea Food declares 7.50pc cash divided

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)-The board of directors of Gemini Sea Food has recommended 7.50 percent cash dividend for the year ended on September 30, 2014, said an office disclosure on Tuesday.
The AGM will be held on December 22 and time and venue of the AGM will be notified later.
Record date of the company is December 8.
The company has also reported net profit after tax of BDT 1.53 Million, EPS of BDT 1.39, NAV per share of BDT (4.31) and NOCFPS of BDT 117.61 for the year ended on September 30, 2014.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company today (Tuesday) following its corporate declaration.
