Global Insurance recommends 12% stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of Global Insurance has recommended stock dividend @ 12% for the year ended on December 31, 2012, said an office disclosure on Sunday.

Date of AGM: 08.06.2013, Time: 11:00 AM, Venue: “Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh”, IDEB Bhaban, 160/A, Kakrail, Dhaka-1000. Record Date: 21.04.2013.

The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 1.22, NAV per share of BDT 13.19 and NOCFPS of BDT 3.89 for the year ended on December 31, 2012.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Company today.
