Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): Trading of the shares of Golden Harvest Agro Industries Ltd. will commence at Dhaka Stock Exchange from March 4, (Monday) under ‘N’ category. DSE Trading Code for Golden Harvest Agro Industries Ltd. is “GHAIL” and DSE Company Code is 14294.
Earlier in October last year, the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved initial public offering (IPO) of Golden Harvest Agro Industries.
As per the approval, the Golden Harvest Agro Industries floated 30 million ordinary shares of BDT 10 each at an offer price of BDT 25, including a premium of BDT 15, to raise BDT 750 million from public.
As of the financial statement of June 30, 2011, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) was BDT 4.72 and net asset value (NAV) per share was BDT 25.53.
The company produces and process frozen vegetables and snack foods in Bangladesh.
