Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The government borrowed BDT 3.50 billion through issuing treasury bonds on Tuesday, officials said.
Thirty two bids amounting total of BDT 6.9536 billion were offered against pre-targeted amount of BDT 3.50 billion for 20-Year Bangladesh Government Treasury Bonds (BGTB). Of those, 08 bids amounting total of BDT 3.50 billion were accepted.
The coupon rate of the accepted bid was 12.1200 percent, according to the auction result.
