Govt borrows BDT 5.50bn through reissuing of bond

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)- The government borrowed BDT 5.50 billion on Tuesday through reissuing of its 10-year treasury bond, officials said.

A total of 57 bids amounting total of BDT 18.6742 billion were offered against pre-targeted amount of BDT 5.50 billion. Of those, 15 bids amounting total of BDT 5.50 billion were accepted. The cut-off price of the accepted bid was BDT 100.4238 (Per 100.00 BDT).
