Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - The government borrowed BDT 7.0 billion from the market though issuing its five-year treasury bonds on Tuesday, officials said.
Thirty seven bids amounting total of BDT 14.7202 billion were offered against pre-targeted amount of BDT 7.0 billion. Of those, 12 bids amounting total of BDT 7.0 billion were accepted.
The coupon rate of the accepted bid was 10.0000 percent, according to the auction calendar.
