GSP Finance recommends 15% stock dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of GSP Finance Company has recommended 15% stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

Date of AGM: 08.06.2013, Time: 11:00 AM, Venue: Trust Milonayaton, 545 Old Airport Road, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Record Date: 15.05.2013.

The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 1.88, NAV per share of BDT 25.56 and NOCFPS of BDT (7.90) for the year ended on December 31, 2012.

So, there will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the Companies today.
