Hamid Fabrics declares 20pc dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– The Board of Directors of Hamid Fabrics Limited (HFL) has recommended 10 percent stock and 10 percent cash dividend for the year ended on June 30, 2014, said an office disclosure on Wednesday.
Date of AGM: 30.12.2014, Time: 11:00 AM, Venue: Trust Milonayaton, 545 Old Airport Road, Dhaka. Record Date: 22.12.2014.
The Company has also reported EPS of BDT 5.58, NAV per share of BDT 46.78 and NOCFPS of BDT 3.01 for the year ended on June 30, 2014 as against BDT 5.09, BDT 41.20 and BDT 4.42 respectively for the year ended on June 30, 2013.
There will be no price limit on the trading of the shares of the company today (Wednesday) following its corporate declaration.
