Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN)– US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton left here for India ending her nearly 20-hour visit to Bangladesh. 
Foreign Minister Dipu Moni, Ambassador-At-Large M Ziauddin Ahmed, Bangladesh Ambassador to US Akramul Qader and US Ambassador in Dhaka Dan W Mozena saw off Clinton at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 12:50 pm on Sunday.
A smiling Hillary exchanged pleasantries with everybody who lined up to see-off her before the special aircraft carrying her left for India on her three-day visit there.
During her brief stay, she met with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Leader of the Opposition Khaleda Zia and representatives of the civil society.
Clinton had official talks with Dipu Moni Saturday afternoon, which was followed by the signing of an umbrella agreement on Bangladesh-USA Partnership Dialogue for annual consultations at the Foreign Secretary level in Dhaka and Washington.
On the concluding day of her tour on Sunday, Hillary had breakfast meeting with Nobel Laureate Professor Muhammad Yunus and BRAC Chairman Fazle Hasan Abed at the Gulshan residence of the US ambassador to Bangladesh.
Before her departure, she joined an interaction session with the youths at International School Dhaka (ISD) at Bashundhara in the capital Dhaka.
Hillary Clinton came to Dhaka on Saturday afternoon as part of her three South Asian nations tour.
