HR Textile recommends 15pc dividend

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN): The Board of Directors of H R Textile has recommended cash dividend @ 15 per cent (i.e. Tk. 1.50 per share of Tk. 10.00 each) for the year ended on September 30, 2012, said a company disclosure.

Date of AGM: 09.04.2013, Time: 10:00 AM, Venue: Trust Milonayaton, 545, Old Airport Road, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka-1206. Record Date: 14.02.2013. The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. 2.08, NAV per share of Tk. 14.92 and NOCFPS of Tk. 3.00 for the year ended on September 30, 2012.
