Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) - Huawei, a leading telecom network solutions provider, has been granted 147 long-term evolution (LTE) patents by the European Telecommunications Standards Institute.
The 147 patents for Huawei take up 12 percent of the 1,272 LTE patents assigned by the European institute as of August 2009, a company statement said.
The patents were granted across key LTE sub-sectors: physical-layer air interface, radio resource management and connection management.
