IBBL provides 9000 pieces of blankets to BB

Dhaka, Bangladesh (BBN) – The Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) has provided nine thousand pieces of blankets to the Bangladesh Bank (BB0 for distributing among the cold affected people across the country.

AFM Asaduzzaman, General Manager of Governor’s secretariat received the blankets on behalf of the Governor on Saturday from AKM Abdul Malek Chowdhury, Deputy Managing Director of the IBBL. A.H.M Latif Uddin Chowdhury, Senior Vice President of the Bank was present on the occasion. 

The IBBL has initiative to distribute 210,000 pieces of winter clothes among the cold hit people of the country this year. Branches of the Bank have been distributing warm clothes throughout the country at their respective areas, the IBBL said.
